We only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill out the booking form on our site or contact us directly, that typically includes:

Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
Contact details — your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number, so we can reply and schedule.
Vehicle information — the year, make, and model you'd like us to work on, so we can prepare the right approach.
Your message — anything else you tell us, such as your location, availability, the package you're interested in, or questions.

We do not ask for or want sensitive information such as payment card numbers, bank details, or government ID numbers through this website. Please don't send those to us online.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Our web host keeps standard server logs of page requests, the same as any website. And if you reach us through a link we've printed somewhere, such as the QR code on a flyer, your inquiry notes which one it came from so we know whether our advertising is worth repeating. If any of that changes, we'll update this policy first.
