You want a third camera pointed at the cabin. The Viofo A229 Pro comes in a three-channel version that adds a 1080p interior camera, so the inside of the car is recorded along with the road ahead and behind.
Installation-only service is always available, and plenty of cameras out there are perfectly good — they're just mounted badly, powered off a cigarette lighter, and never set up properly. Before we book, we'll go over what you have and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth installing or worth replacing.
